The main challenge was to integrate its CRM and sales pipeline in a clear and efficient way. In addition, they required a solution that would enable seamless communication with distributors and sales teams across different countries.

The technological infrastructure we designed for Kömmerling included an international corporate website for Spain, Mexico, and Portugal, along with an intranet for distributors and sales representatives, providing direct access to catalogs, communication materials, and news. We also developed a fully customized CRM that centralizes lead and customer management. The entire ecosystem was seamlessly integrated with Hubspot, ensuring efficient and automated tracking.
