Skoda faced a fragmented digital ecosystem, marked by a technical debt (legacy code) and a dispersion of technologies that prevented scalability. This dismantling generated an invisibility of the data, making it difficult to make strategic decisions, and caused frictions in the user experience that directly compromised the conversion rate and the efficient capture of leads.

Proceso
We implemented a cross-cutting model that promotes growth by optimizing design and conversion (FIGMA-to-Web), creating solid data infrastructures for strategic analysis and technical unification that modernizes the digital environment. This synergy made it possible to speed up the launch of campaigns, establish clear KPIs and eliminate technical debt to ensure efficient and controlled scaling.
Resultados
We transformed digital operations by automating the appointment system (CCA) for the entire dealer network in Spain and centralizing data in real-time dashboards. Thanks to this technical infrastructure and the use of modular structures in landings, greater operational efficiency has been achieved, drastically reducing the launch times of monthly campaigns and allowing decision-making based on real performance.
